Ciuffo Cabinetry is seeking a full-time, in-house Custom Kitchen & Millwork Draftsman to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional with experience in drafting and rendering high-end custom millwork. The primary focus of the role will be AutoCAD drafting and 3D rendering of bespoke kitchens and architectural millwork, with occasional 2D work.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret design sketches, architectural drawings, and blueprints for drafting and rendering.

• Draft and render custom kitchens, vanities, bars, closets, and other architectural millwork using AutoCAD and our in-house drafting program.

• Create 3D visualizations that accurately represent design intent and client specifications.

• Collaborate with the internal design and executive teams to meet project goals and deadlines.

• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all drawings and renderings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong experience drafting kitchens and residential millwork.

• Experience with 3D/2D rendering software and tools commonly used in high-end residential design.

• Demonstrated ability to create luxury renderings of kitchens and architectural millwork.

• Familiarity with architectural hardware and detailing.

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.

• Must be available to begin work at 7:00 AM and work overtime as needed.

• Team-oriented, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
