Ciuffo Cabinetry is seeking an experienced Millwork Finisher to join our team for the 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM shift. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with extensive experience in wood preparation, staining, spraying, glazing, and color matching. It offers the opportunity to work alongside a talented team in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare millwork for finishing by sanding, filling, and surface preparation.

• Spray solid and veneer wood (cabinets, panels, doors, trim, etc.) with primer, paint, and topcoats in an enclosed paint booth.

• Sand, seal, stain, glaze, and topcoat solid and veneer wood components.

• Mix and apply primers, dyes, catalysts, hardeners, and reducers as required.

• Bleach and neutralize wood when needed.

• Replicate stains and finishes from samples for accurate color matching.

• Create finish samples for client review and project approval.

• Maintain inventory of finishing materials and supplies.

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of workspace, spray guns, machines, and filters.
   

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional wood finishing experience.

• Strong knowledge of finishing techniques for both solid and veneer wood.

• Ability to work the 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM shift, with mandatory overtime and weekend availability as needed.

• Experience in mixing and matching colors/stains with precision.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace.
