INSTALLER & INSTALLER HELPER

Ciuffo Cabinetry is seeking a full-time Installer/Installer Helper with prior installation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and installing high-end kitchens and millwork, along with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset. This is a fast-paced role where every day is different, offering opportunities for growth within a supportive, team-oriented company culture.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicle to and from job sites.

• Install custom cabinetry and millwork (primarily in Eastern Suffolk County).

• Wrap, pack, load, and unload furniture and cabinetry.

• Assist with deliveries and on-site installation tasks.

• Support lead installers and team members as needed.
   

Qualifications

• Prior installation and woodworking experience required.

• Experience with high-end millwork strongly preferred.

• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.

• Must own basic hand and power tools.

• Ability to lift and move heavy cabinetry.

• Professional, respectful, and courteous demeanor.

• Availability for early start times (4:00–5:30 AM) and overtime as needed.

• Clean driver’s license required with ability to drive to and from job sites.

• OSHA 40 certification (OSHA 30 + 10) required. Candidates without current certification must complete training and provide proof of completion before starting.
