Ciuffo Cabinetry seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Millwork Designer to join our dynamic Design Team at our Bayport headquarters. This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or emerging professional in Design or Architecture to gain hands-on experience and grow within a respected, long-established company. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to commit to a long-term career in the custom millwork industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Train with our in-house drafting program to produce 2D and 3D millwork drawings

• Support Design Principals on large-scale, high-end projects

• Assist in design meetings and project development

• Conduct site visits and field measurements with senior designers

• Prepare for client meetings: print drawings, organize samples, etc.

• Attend client meetings, take notes, and assist with documentation

• Handle general administrative and design-related tasks as needed

• Occasional errands as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, or related field

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD required; familiarity with 2D/3D modeling a plus

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Keen eye for detail and design aesthetics

• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset
