STATUARY BRONZE

Our statuary bronze finishes are crafted to age gracefully, embodying a quiet elegance that deepens over time. Each piece is coated with paste wax, highlighting the material’s natural depth and patina. To preserve its beauty, proper care is essential - gentle, intentional maintenance ensures your bronze remains timeless. We’re delighted to share these guidelines to help your piece shine for years to come.

Use Caution When Cleaning Statuary Bronze - Never Use:

  • Abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, including Brasso, Semichrome, or other metal polishes.

  • Ammonia-based products such as Windex or Formula 409.

  • Degreasing agents, powdered cleansers, paint thinners, or harsh solvents.

  • Abrasive cleaning towels, including paper towels.

To Clean/Maintain:

Gently clean the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth until the piece reaches the desired appearance.

  1. Allow the bronze to dry completely - trapped moisture can affect the wax finish.

  2. Using a fresh soft cloth, apply a thin layer of wax evenly across the surface.

  3. Let the wax dry thoroughly, typically 20–30 minutes.

  4. Buff lightly with a clean, soft cloth to achieve a subtle, polished sheen.
